Fraunhofer FIT
imergo® is one the key products developed within the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology FIT and it is used in many companies and organisations worldwide.
Our institute pursues a user-centered approach to information and cooperation systems design. FIT's vision can be defined as human-centered computing in a process context. FIT has a staff of about 100 researchers from different areas like: Computer Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Engineering.
Terms of Use
imergo® Validator and Accessibility Manager Demo is a service developed by Fraunhofer FIT. The service is provided by the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology FIT, located in Sankt Augustin (Germany), free of charge.
The Use of the Service is governed by the terms and conditions detailed below. Fraunhofer FIT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time - especially to adapt them to changes in legal, technical or organizational requirements. Fraunhofer FIT reserves the right to terminate the service at its sole discretion.
Fraunhofer FIT takes no liability that the service will meet the user's requirements or purposes. As the service is provided free of charge, Fraunhofer FIT shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or termination resulting from the use of the service. Fraunhofer FIT reserves the right to modify the services functionality and user interface and to install new releases.
Fraunhofer FIT undertakes reasonable efforts to provide the demo as a reliable service. However, Fraunhofer FIT takes no warranty that the service is accessible without interruptions or for an unlimited period of time. Thus, Fraunhofer FIT shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the fact that the service may temporarily not be accessible.
The use of the service is subject to German law.
