imergo® is one the key products developed within the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology FIT and it is used in many companies and organisations worldwide.
Our institute pursues a user-centered approach to information and cooperation systems design. FIT's vision can be defined as human-centered computing in a process context. FIT has a staff of about 100 researchers from different areas like: Computer Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Engineering.
Web Compliance Center Services
We provide a wide palette of services to our customers from the public and private sector in the area of Web Compliance Engineering. Among them, we highlight:
- Development, testing, optimization and commercialization of Web applications. This includes industrial-size portals, Mobile Web applications, client-side interfaces based upon Web 2.0 technologies, etc.
- Consultancy services in the area of Web Compliance.
- Training seminars and presentations to manager and developer level.
- User studies to evaluate and improve customer satisfaction.
- Implementation of Quality Assurance methods in the area of Web Compliance.
